Fried Noodle @ Mee Goreng Atok's Style


Salam,
Mee goreng, antara makanan favourite our family (semua pun favourite kott). Because it's simple ( Dlm 10 minutes dh siap), bahan-bahan senang dapat and sedap di makan begitu sahaja. :p Sesuai untuk dihidang kepada tetamu yang dtg secara mengejut atau ketika party, family gathering..etc. Selamat Mencuba..!

MEE GORENG ATOK'S STYLE


Ingredients :
~1 paket Mee Kuning ( 5-6 person)
~ 10 ekor udang
~ Sawi
~ Sebiji Telur
~ Sebiji buah tomato
~ Kicap
~ Sos Tiram
~ 1 keping tauhu @ tauqua goreng
~ Taugeh
~ Sedikit bawang merah, bawang putih (blend @ tumbuk) dan cili boh ( untuk menumis)
~ Sedikit minyak untuk menumis



Methods:
1. Panaskan sedikit minyak dan masukkan bawang merah, bawang putih dan tumis. Kemudian masukkan sedikit cili boh secukup rasa.

2. Setelah cili dan bahan tumis masak, masukkan udang dan batang sawi. Seterusnya masukkan mee kuning dan gaul.

3. Kemudian masukkan tomato yg telah dipotong, tauhu goreng dan daun sawi. Kacau sehingga masak . Masukkan kicap dan sos tiram secukup rasa ( tak perlu guna garam). Jika kering, tambah sedikit air.

4. Masukkan sebiji telur dan gaul. Pastikan api besar dan akhir sekali masukkan taugeh. Masak mengikut citarasa, nak sedap jangan lama sangat. Crispy baru sedap.

5. Akhir sekali masukkan kedalam mangkuk hidangan

6. Dan sedia untuk dimakan di waktu sarapan atau minum petang

Ingredients :
~ 1 packet of Noodles ( you can use Spaghetti if you want)
~ 10 Prawns (normal size)
~ Cabbage
~ 1 Egg
~ 1 tomato (cut it into six)
~ Sweet Soya Sauce ( 3-4 tbs)
~ Oyster Sauce (1-2 tbs)
~ 1 pcs Beancurd (optional)
~ Some beansprouts
~ Some garlics, shallots and chilli paste (blend it)
~ Some oil (olive oil)

Methods :
1) Heat the pan, then pour in some oil. Next, fried the mixed of garlics, shallots and chilli paste. Fried it till you get the nice aroma of it.

2) Then you can put in the prawns and cabbages. Next put in the noodles. Mixed it.

3) After that, put in the tomato cuts and fried beancurd. Mixed it well. Next put in some soya sauce, oyster sauce and you can add chilli sauce or tomato ketchup if you want. (Add some water if it's too dry)

4) Next, put in the egg and mixed it together. And lastly, put in the beansprout. Mixed it, but not too long. It's just to make sure the beansprout is crispy.

5) And the fried noodles is ready to be served :D Tadaa!~

Thank you soooo much! I will definitely try it! I love Asian food and as a matter of fact I just made stir fry beef with broccoli for dinner for the triplets tonight (I guess it was a Chinese recipe). I had to omit the hot pepper flakes I normally use, but they loved it. I think they'll love your recipe. I'll let you know! :) My all time favorite foods are Thai and Malaysian.
